Our Team
Our clinic is led by Prof. Nagihan Uğurlu, Founder and Clinical Director, whose vision guides the standards of care we provide every day.
Prof. Uğurlu is a Professor of Ophthalmology in the Department of Ophthalmology at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and practices in the Retina Unit at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital. She is an ophthalmologist and academic researcher working in retinal diseases and translational ophthalmology, with extensive experience in cataract and vitreoretinal surgery.

- FEBO (Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology), 2014
She founded the Diabetic Eye Diseases Center at Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital in 2011, established and directed the Advanced Technologies Research and Application Center from 2014 to 2025, and founded OphthalmoClub as an academic platform for translational research and simulation-based surgical training.
